We did manage to bring in 13 walleye and this nice 3 pound 11 ounce smallmouth picured above, which was one of about 3. Sunday was a better day, the wind came more out of the south and wasn't as strong. We managed to catch 27 walleye and a few smallies, but it took us all day. Thanks guys for great trip and we will see you in the fall for some great smallmouth action. The fish we caught came in 12 to 14 feet of water about 2 miles out of the Portage river on the darby.

We took 27 walleye on one drift, I couln't even fish, they were coming into the boat so fast. Today on the other hand was quiet a bit slower, it took us all day to boat 18 fish. I guess that is why they call it fishing instead of catching. Pictured above is Brady, with 2 nice fish that we caught.

Bob Nichols's grandson Drew took this nice walleye that weighed 5 pounds, 6 ounces. We had our limit of 20 walleye by 7:35 this morning.
